We ate our Easter dinner there and, although not our traditional meal, it was one we will never forget and will rank as one of the best! The bread pudding is a huge portion, served warm and absolutely delicious! This we overlooked because it was good. I just just left the Columbia for lunch with family and holy crap it was delicious. Overall, I would say stop here for a good glass of vino and an appetizer so you can enjoy the great decor and atmosphere. Our server were very friendly and accommodating with our first time parenting skills. Shared a white asparagus salad but the asparagus had been sitting in oil so long it was itself becoming a liquid like a rotting vegetable. Of course I ordered the red sangria to drink because they are know for it. My husband calls it the peasant-version. We finished with cafe con leche and Churros Tres Amigos what dipping sauces that include a melted chocolate as well as a delicious guava sauce.
Their menu is rather vast, which made it difficult for me to choose on an entree. We made reservations days in advance, the earliest available for a party of four was at 9:00pm and the last seating is at 9:45pm, I took the 9:00pm. This last time in, the staff doted on me enough to load my salad up with off menu artichoke hearts and asparagus on request. Our server said it was an accident and removed the charge without an apology. The menu is busy and overwhelming. I always ordered a pink lemonade, and the Columbia was always one of the places my family would come together and enjoy great company and great food! When we asked about the missing side our server said he would get it, but it took quite a while. Not worth the money for what I got. We started with a pitcher of Sangria Cava which used Jaume Serra champagne which is one of my favorites. For dinner we decided to share a tapas sampler and everything thing on it was just ok in terms of flavor. Worth the 45m drive from Jacksonville. The staff is amazing and it was always a positive experience every time I went there! This last time in, might as well have been sat in the bathroom and been forgotten about because I was, more or less. It was delicious and I had no symptoms.
The prices are reasonable as well. The food is good and the place has a great atmosphere. Lots of tables and people. I'm unsure what the last person had as he was on the far end of the table. Yes, they're worth another try, could have been an off night as it was December 23 and late.

It looked great and the portions were solid, but it just wasn't worth twenty-something dollars. There are three levels to the restaurant. This is a big place, but popular, so I'd recommend getting a reservation, especially around various holidays. I had a mango cocktail that was delicious. The service was very good.
