Please read the following to send messages to Cadets using the Cadet contact form. The purpose of the Cadet G-Mail account is for parents, family members and mentors to maintain contact with their cadet while in the residential phase.

Please click on the drop down menu and select CADET. Cadets can receive but will not be able to send emails. Be sure to include cadet’s full name in the subject line. HYCA staff will screen, print and provide a hard copy for the cadet.

Anything that is deemed inappropriate will not be given to cadets.

Examples of inappropriate G-Mail include but are not limited to: profanity, messages with sexual overtones, negative or discouraging remarks.

Please do not email notice of death or grave illness without contacting the Director, Deputy Director or Lead Counselor in advance.
