Mentor Training
• March 6, 2010. Region 2 Mentor training located at 2002 S. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Registration begins at 8:30 am, training begins at 9:00 am until 1:30 pm. Please click here for the directions.

• March 20, 2010. Region 1 Mentor training. Location-to be determined.
• March 27, 2010 2160 Arnold Street, Columbus, IN 47203. All mentors that have not trained are required to attend this training. It begins at 8:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm. The Mentor match ceremony begins at 1:00 pm for all mentors and cadets. Please click here for driving directions.

Family Day 5 hour Pass MARCH 7th

Family Day will be March 7th. We are hoping to try something new with Family Day that will work well for the Families and the Cadets. It is the Academy’s expectation that all cadets are picked up and depart Academy grounds for this pass!
On 7 March your Cadet will be released on a 5 hour Family Day Pass! Your Cadet will be assigned to their permanent Platoon on Monday the 1st of February. Click on the link to view which Platoon they are assigned. Your Cadet will be released on this day according to their Platoon Number.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: One Parent or Legal Guardian MUST accompany your cadet inside the Academy for the return. You will be required to wait inside of our dining facility while your child is being drug tested! Please keep this in mind with their restroom breaks as the time to return draws closer.
1st Platoon must be picked up from the Academy at 10:00AM and returned to the Academy at 3:00PM
2nd Platoon must be picked up from the Academy at 11:00AM and returned to the Academy at 4:00PM
3rd Platoon must be picked up from the Academy at 12:00PM and returned to the Academy at 5:00PM
**Important to Note. These times are Eastern Standard Times! Make sure you plan accordingly if you reside in a different time zone. Information on local attractions is posted on Academy Web Site; questions on local area attractions can also be addressed during sign out.

1st Cadet Pass APRIL 2nd to APRIL 4th
On April 2nd, 2010 your cadet must be picked up between the hours of 1:00PM to 4:00PM and will need to be returned to the Academy on April 4th, between the hours of 4:00PM to 6:00PM.

2nd Cadet Pass MAY 28TH to JUNE 1ST
On May 28th, 2010, your Cadet will need to be picked up between the hours of 1:00PM to 4:00PM and will need to be returned to the Academy on June 1st between the hours of 4:00PM to 6:00PM.
All of the above days have an informational flyer that describes in detail the rules and procedures for pick up and return of your Cadet. These will be posted to the website as the dates draw closer and will also be e-mailed or delivered to you directly.
