Thank you for your interest in employment at the Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Academy. The staff members of the Academy are employees of the State of Indiana, and all applications and resumes must go through the state web site. There are no exceptions.
To apply for a position at HYCA, please follow the steps below:
- Log into www.in.gov/spd
- Click on “Prospective Employees Job Bank” under “Prospective Employees” in the left hand column.
- Review the “Tips” and “Additional e-Recruit Assistance Documents” for assistance.
- Click on “Search for Careers”. When you get into the PeopleSoft Job Bank page, type in “youth challenge” in the Keywords to bring up any current postings at HYCA.
- Once you locate the posting, you can set up an account which includes establishing a log-in and password, and completing an application. You can also copy and paste your resume.
- Even if there is not a current HYCA position open, you are encouraged to input your application information. Once it is in the system, you can apply for future openings by simply clicking on a button.
