Mentor Reports

During the post-residential phase of the program, mentors are expected to send in MONTHLY REPORTS . These reports inform the case managers of the graduate's progress.

The information that the mentors provide is of the utmost importance to the program. The mentor reports are compiled and tabulated and eventually that data makes its way to Congress.

The information that you (the mentor) provide guarantees that our program is funded. Your reports help to insure that the Freestate ChalleNGe Academy is able to help Maryland's at-risk youth for years to come.
