My son is in the new class #30 and I have sent him a couple encouragement cards. Will he be allowed to receive these while in these first two weeks of PT? Also, should I send him envelopes? Today I sent him stamps per the parent handbook, is this allowable too?

Yes, your son will receive your cards as all mail and letter writing is strongly encouraged to boost the cadets' morale and spirits. You could definitely send him some envelopes and tell him to write home as soon as possible!
