Please submit your application as early as possible.

Mentor Application (PDF)* - A Cadet Application isn't complete without this paperwork for two Mentors (Primary and an Alternate Mentor Nominee). The Mentor will be one of the most important members of your team so make sure you understand what the mentoring role is about and choose your nominee(s) wisely! Click on this link to get  information on the role for a mentor.  Your potential Mentor applicants must complete this application, be able to pass a background history check, and be willing to attend Mentor training prior to the deadline.
