CANDIDATE EMAIL

The Academy allows parents and family to send email messages
to candidates for the first two week.
Words of encouragement and support during these first two weeks
are very helpful to the candidates.

Please read the following instructions before sending an email.

  • Each message is read by Mr. Glass then printed and delived to the candidate during daily mail call.
  • Do not send photos, attachments or use inappropriate language in these messages.
  • Any message deemed inappropriate will not be delivered to the candidate.
  •  When sending an email to a candidate, please use the candidate's name and platoon as the subject.
                     Last name then first name.
    Example 1: (ANDERSON, JOHN - 3rd Platoon).
    Example 2: (ANDERSON, SUSAN- Wolfpack)
  • The email will not be delivered unless it has a name and platoon in the subject line.
  • After the first week the email service will be disabled and you will no longer be able to use it. Please do not use the bulletin board to send messages to cadets as they will not get them.

This service will start at 0730 the first Monday morning and will close Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm.    The email address is bcacadet@gmail.com
