Mentoring . . . the Core of ChalleNGe

"We can help a person to be himself by our own willingness to steep ourselves temporarily in his world, in his private feelings and experiences. By our affirmation of the person as he is, we give  him support and strength to take on the next step in his own growth."  - Clark Moustakas

This page is designed to support the exceptional individuals that are willing to give of themselves to help mentor a cadet within the New Mexico Youth ChalleNGe Program. This section is divided into three sections.

1. Mentors for future cycles - Individuals applying to become mentors, looking for additional information or new to the program.

2. Mentors for current cycles - Individuals that have been accepted as mentors for cadets that are currently in the academy.

3. Post Residental Mentors - Individuals that are currently mentoring cadets during the 12-month post residential phase of the program.
